Are there many kicks?
No. We believe that high kicks are only likely to cause you to fall over in a real-life situation and in general, lifting either foot from the floor compromises balance and allows you to be pushed over too easily. However, we do have a range of kicks that are targeted at waist-height or lower.

Where we train
City Jitsu Club trains twice a week near Angel and the Barbican, London, EC1, at City University, Northampton Square, Islington.
Training times
Monday: 7.30pm–9pm
Friday: 7pm–9pm
