I'll end up with no life

We don’t expect you to give up all your evenings/weekends, etc for Jitsu. Training once a week is enough at first. As you rise up through the grades, you’ll need to train more (two to three times a week, more as you reach the dizzying heights of brown and black belt), but we aim to have a social life as well so we won’t expect you to do more than that.
