Yoko-wakare (side separation)

After blocking to the outside, trap the attacker's arm under your own and step past. Then keeping a tight grip on his arm, fall backwards and then swing across him, blocking his legs with your own as you do so.

Easily confused with yoko-guruma and yoko-otoshi.

Common mistakes: Putting your legs in the wrong place: they should both be on the outside of the attacker's legs.

Full list
Here is a list of most of the techniques you'll need to know for Jitsu and at what level you'll meet them. The list is not completely definitive because modern Judo is creating many more throws, some of which Jitsuka are adapting for their own use.
