Kuki-nage (whirling throw)

The defender meets the attacker face on but whirls, applying leverage to the attacker's head to force him to move with her and have his momentum neutralised or used against him.

It is often used against chains as a defence because it enables the defender to stay away from the chain, even if the chain is moving very quickly.
