Kata-guruma (shoulder wheel)
Unpopular with tall Jitsuka, kata guruma is very hard to do unless the attacker is coming towards you quickly. Crudely put, it involves getting underneath him, picking him up, and then flipping him over your shoulders to land on your other side.
Full list
Here is a list of most of the techniques you'll need to know for Jitsu and at what level you'll meet them. The list is not completely definitive because modern Judo is creating many more throws, some of which Jitsuka are adapting for their own use.
Ashi | Gaeshi | Gake | Gari | Goshi | Guruma | Maki-komi | Miscellaneous | Nage | Otoshi

Kata Garuma. The B**tard mother of all throws. Essentially should be done with a straight back and the movement of the hips from one side to another. Realistically, most people decide to bend their backs and lob them onto the floor. Found in the Te Waza (third set) of Naga no Kata where uke has to roll out of the technique. This basically requires Tori to bend their knees and to release the sleeve grip so that uke can roll clear thus creating embu. A throw hated by many and loved by so few. LIKE THIS THROW? TRY TE GARUMA/URA NAGE/ SOTO MAKIKOME
