Ippon-seoi-nage (shoulder throw)

Also called ‘one shoulder throw’ and ‘one-point shoulder throw’. You turn into the attacker with a hip movement so that your right shoulder is under his right armpit. At the same time, you grip the attacker’s right arm using both hands and pull forward. The attacker goes over your shoulder.
