Ude-guruma (Arm wheel or Charlie's Angels throw)
A wrist-lock that involves the recipient somersaulting to prevent his or her wrist from being damaged. So-called because something similar is shown during the titles of the TV show, Charlie’s Angels, and because so few Jitsuka know what it’s actually called.

- Ude-gatame (forearm bar) (orange belt)

City Jitsu Club trains twice a week near Angel and the Barbican, London, EC1, at City University, Northampton Square, Islington.
Training times
Monday: 7.30pm–9pm
Friday: 7pm–9pm
