What is Jitsu?
Jitsu (short for jiu jitsu) is a Japanese martial art that incorporates strikes, kicks, throws, locks, weapons, meditation and massage. It forms the basis of most of the world’s armies’ and police forces’ self-defence training and is effective against multiple armed and unarmed attackers.
It doesn’t require great strength, size, or flexibility since it uses attackers’ energy against themselves.

Hi,
Is this art form taken from Budo as Ju ti Jutsu? which comes from the scrolls of
Takagi Yoshin Ryu Jutaijutsu which is one of the nine schools of Bujinkan all techniques resemble this school, I have been a member of the Bujinkan for six years receieved Shodan after 3.5 years currently going for Nidan in Dec 09 as I already incorporate Ju Ti Jutsu in my techniques and these techniques seem identical was just wondering as a matter of interest
