V and Gauntlet Course

Cost: £10
This course is aimed at improving the standards of atemi competition within the region's Yellow belt and above grades [it will not be open to novices].

The course will look at particular techniques and strategies for performing well in V and Gauntlet exercises. Sensei Price has a long and successful history of competing in the Open Atemi Competition.

The mat will be split by grade throughout most of the afternoon in order to teach students techniques at an appropriate level to their grade in a timely fashion for the Atemi Competition which takes place on the following weekend.

Those attending both courses will qualify for a £5 discount (combined cost £15)

City Jitsu Club trains twice a week near Angel and the Barbican, London, EC1, at City University, Northampton Square, Islington.

Training times
Monday: 7.30pm–9pm
Friday: 7pm–9pm
