Grades and novices practise techniques while instructors observe

In Jitsu, we learn by taking it in turns to practise techniques, rather than by fighting. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to develop their skills. We also use some Japanese terms (badly) and wear natty white suits.

But above all, we aim for Jitsu to be fun. We train in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Social activities are important to us, and there are national events throughout the year to help clubs get together.
